This product is a device that inspects allophones and vibrations from a production line by using judge method which is resembled with a human being senses.
By performing high-frequency distribution number judging (patent), enabling subtle judging which is difficult to do with FFT, 1/3 octave etc., average value level judgement.
Although former judgement was using a human being senses to detects sounds and vibrations of an engine, this device have the followings features.

The principle of this product
|
Generally, sounds analysis method are using 2 dimensions FFT frequency analysis, but since revoluting object's noise such as engines and motors are changing through times, this method is not the same with sense judgment.
That is why a 3 dimensions FFT analysys is needed. But 3 dimensions complicated process of pattern recognition etc., is not suitable for real-time process.
This device performing 3 dimensions process by performing level changes through time high frequency analysis of each frequency band which is analyzed using 2 dimensions FFT frequency analysis has made real-time sense judgment possible.
