Rubbing unevenness inspection equipment

At the present time, in the production process of LCDs, when replacing rubbing roller, latice unevenness is judged by skillfulled judges eyes. Therefore, difference between the judges, the quality level fluctuates easily. To avoid this, the most reasonable way is to judge it by workers objectively, which is impossible.

Moreover, when judging the time to exchange the roller due to frictions, depends on a skillful person's experience, makes it difficult to make sure the appropriate time to change the roller. This thing preventing from an effective production.

This device is applicating our company's technology of noises and vibrations inspection device which is widely use. Based on the sounds and vibrations detected by the sensor which is attached on the roller judges the product's quality and the appropriate time to exchange the roller. This product can rised the productiveness and made all product's quality became the same.

And since this device using Windows PCs as a device to measuring and processing, lots of data from succeed products, statistically learned and decides subliminal value function etc., can be added as an option.

@The above-mentioned structure judges the good/ bad of a product by analyzing data recorded by a high-speed A/D converter using real-time, FFT, 1/3 octave analysis and each band high frequency distribution analysis (patented).

1. 2 Dimensions Analysis


By 1/3 octave FFT analyzing of each sampled roller in arbitrary frequencies, this system will search for characteristics in each 1/3 octave band, and from there it can judge whether the product is a success produt or not.

3. Frequency Distribution Analysis


Based on the 3 dimensions data, with the arbitrary band of the Z axis (time), this system performs frequency distribution analysis (patented) toward the change of the specified level. By analyzing it, the roller exchange which was decided by the eye of a skilled person, can be changed into numbers.
